This is step two in vocal exercises. First step was breathing to practice your breathing. Now, the second step involves good posture. Before you even start singing you want to make sure you have great posture. You want to make sure your back is nice and straight and your shoulders are perpendicular with the ground just over your hips. You don't want to be slouching and you don't want have your head forward. You want to have your posture completely straight and your neck and your spine completely straight so that way when you sing, the air that you use to sing with this unrestricted it has a nice smooth passage way all the way from your core your gutt through up through your neck and out your mouth. So, if you work on good posture while you sing you'll be amaze at how much better your singing will be. So that's step two, step three is in the next video.
